Fees are as stated in your proposal or invoice. Payment is due as agreed in writing. Work may be paused if payments are overdue. Fees already paid for work started are non-refundable unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Delivery dates are estimates and depend on prompt client approvals and cooperation.
Design and content projects include a reasonable number of revisions as stated in the proposal. Additional revisions or major changes in direction may be charged separately.
Search engine results depend on many factors outside our control. We use ethical white-hat methods, but we cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic or revenue.
After full payment, you own the final deliverables created for you. We keep the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing. Source files remain our property unless agreed otherwise.
We treat your business information and account access as confidential and will not share it with third parties except as needed to deliver the services.
Our work may involve third-party platforms and websites. We are not responsible for changes to their policies, algorithms or availability.
Either party may end the services with written notice. You remain responsible for payment for work completed up to the termination date.
To the extent permitted by law, Digital Craft Hub is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit or traffic, arising from the use of our services.
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
